Philosophy for Fun and Profit

We really are an awfully clever species, are we not. I know that dolphins are quite bright, as are our great ape cousins, but we humans are singularly cleverer than all the boxes of all the frogs you could ever possibly wish to shake a faggot of metaphorical sticks at. Name me a mollusc that could construct a needlessly convoluted sentence like that with such sophistic smugness! When it comes to brains we are quite definitely the dog's bollocks. That will undoubtedly serve as great comfort to us all as we look down from our ivory towers and loft conversions to watch the rats and roaches take over the shit-hole that our unprecedented brilliance is in the process of constructing. Animals, eh? They're just rubbish.
